The population of Reading went up by 3,400 in one year according to the latest figures from the Office of National Statistics.

Rentable value of properties grown 4.7% despite the crisis in property market.
Only last year 478 local business announced themselves bankrupt. 3800 people lost their jobs and many in danger of losing their homes.

Crisis is in our imagination: we fear, try to save for a rainy day, cutting the expenses. There is always solution to any problem. We just need to concentrate and invest our spare cash into business. One third of the people who lost their jobs become self employed.

Crisis didn't hit all sectors. Retail sector never dies especially food and beverage trade. Supermarkets doing really well same one pound bargain shops.
Motivation is really important.Anyone with desire can operate one man run business
such as mobile car valeting, organic food supply from local farms ect...

All i want to say is everything will be all right
